Who is Heather of the Hills?

Heather
I'm a photographer, birder and amateur naturalist living in rural southeast Ohio on a plot of wooded acreage where I can hug a tree anytime I want to. I live to learn, and my curiosity is insatiable. Above all, though, I am an observer, a noticer, and an experiencer: I take in the world around me with all of my senses, and report my perceptions here.
